Timing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
The delivery time varies depending on the courier and the country of destination, on average beween 1 day (The Netherlands) and 5 days.
Unfortunately we cannot assure that the courier is respecting this timing, due to unforeseen situations.
Customs, import duties and taxes
Please beware of any custom taxes. All import duties and taxes are at receivers’ charge.
Orders to countries outside EU may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which can be charged once your package reaches your country. We cannot predict what the charges may be. By air (IATA, ‘Dangerous Goods’)
Please note that for shipments by air the IATA regulations apply for flammable goods as perfumes are (socalled ‘Dangerous Goods). Fortunately we have been fully trained, certified and licensed as A-status shippers to send our products by air according these IATA regulations.
