We hope you are satisfied with your purchase! If, for any reason, an item you ordered does not meet your expectations, you can return it in its original undamaged packaging within 14 calendar days of delivery. Please ensure the product is unused and the seal is still attached.
Return Instructions
If you wish to return an item, please email [email protected] with the product details, order number, purchase date, and your bank number. You must return the item(s) within 14 calendar days. This 14-day period begins once you receive the product. After receiving the return, we will refund the purchase amount minus shipping costs within seven days.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original undamaged packaging, including any sleeves and stickers. Please include the receipt or packing slip with your return.
Shipping Costs and Risk
The costs and risks associated with the return shipment are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed. Annindriya cannot be held liable for any issues arising from the return shipment. If returned items are received unstamped, the postage cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Policy
We reserve the right to refuse returned items or credit only part of the amount paid if the item is not returned in its original condition. If this occurs, we will contact you.
Incorrect Items
If you received an item not in accordance with your order, you have the right to return it. In this case, Annindriya will cover the shipping costs. You can request a special reply number for free return shipping within The Netherlands by emailing [email protected]. We will refund the full purchase amount if the products are unused and undamaged, in the original packaging, and accompanied by the packing slip.
Refund Options
Money Refund: We will refund the cost of the item to the original payment method.
Gift Card: We can issue a gift card with the refund amount for future purchases.
