What do we with your personal information?
We may use your personal data such as name and address when you purchase from us online to effectuate your order, to inform you of the delivery status of said order or possible delivery problems about your purchase. Your personal information is also used to process payment and used for possible refunds.
We also use this information to handle possible complaints and guarantee issues.
For the use of your personal information for our own marketing activities, such as newsletters or communication regarding events or new products, you have the right to unsubscribe at any time. We will then immediately decease with all direct marketing.
You can withdraw your consent by either of the following:
1. by clicking on ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of every newsletter, or
2. adjusting the settings of your Annindriya account, or
3. sending a mail to [email protected].
Who has access to your personal information?
Under no circumstances will we ever pass on or share your personal information with third parties for commercial ends. The only information passed on will be to our courier who handles shipment of your purchase and the financial provider who handles your transaction/payment of this purchase.
Your account
To enable you to purchase the product of your choice as quickly and efficiently as possible, you can register with us (make an account). In addition to your name, address, email address and possibly telephone number, information regarding your purchase history, encrypted payment details and delivery information is kept.
Adjusting, viewing or deleting your personal data
You have the right to ask for your personal data at any given time, to change it or to delete it. If you have an account and are registered with us, you can easily do this online directly via the little person icon in the righthand corner.
How long do we hold on to your personal information?
We keep your data on file for as long as there is an active customer relationship and or conform our legal obligation. Should you wish us to delete the data at given time, you can inform us, and we will conform within 4 weeks.
Security
Annindriya B.V. takes the protection of our data very seriously and we regularly take adequate measures to ensure that abuse, unauthorized or unwanted use of data cannot be violated.
Our e-commerce data are located on a secured server and firewall.
Credit card transactions are protected by a so-called secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with an AES-256 encryption. Payment details when using your credit card are encrypted through Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). The payment details are deleted as soon as the transaction has been completed.
All direct payment gateways are compliant with the PCI-DSS / PCI Security Standards Council. This is a joint initiative by amongst others Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
