Santalol is the natural hero component of sandalwood oil and represents the heart note of sandalwood oil. Its deep, woody creamy odor profile is an alternative to sandalwood oil without a single gram of the endangered sandalwood tree. About natural Saffron
Spyros sources his saffron from Greece, the country where his father was born and where he spends many joyful summers. Instead of the often-used synthetic safranol, we consciously chose the natural richness and voluptuousness of the real deal. Saffron is a rare and precious spice, also known as ‘red gold’. It grows as orange-red pistils in the crocus sativus flower and is harvested by hand. Its scent is warm, spicy, honeyed, floral, and suede-like.

You know those moments when the sun shows its first rays in the early morning, there is something magical going to happen…
You look around and everything in nature has a different appearance, all the details that you do not see on a gray morning suddenly appear.
The light shining through the leaves, the dew on the grass, the feathers of a bird flying by suddenly take on a different color shine. The air you breath smells different, so you close your eyes for a moment to better experience those sun rays together with that magic scent: wonderful green and fresh.
This green remains present throughout, but together with the osmanthus, papyrus and myrrh (what a fabulous combination!). Seekwood becomes more intense as time passes. The leathery and sweet nuances appear in their best form. Not too sweet, not too soft. The Greek saffron gives it a spicy twist and together with the use of Santanol, all these fragrance notes contribute to a seamless transition and permanent establishment on the the wood.
