Returns and refunds

Thank you for choosing Annindriya.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

It is legally stipulated that you as a consumer have a reflection period of fourteen (14) working days on products that you buy via the internet. The 14 days start after you receive the product.

If you wish to return the article, please send an e-mail to [email protected] stating the product, the order number, purchase date and your bank number.
You must then return the product or products to us within 14 days.
After receiving the return, the purchase amount minus shipping costs will be refunded within seven days.

For this the articles in question should be in unused and undamaged condition and in the original packaging and with the receipt.

The costs and risk for the return shipment are for the account of the customer, unless agreed otherwise. Annindriya cannot be held liable for any shortcomings resulting from the return shipment.
Annindriya reserves the right to refuse returned items or to credit only part of the amount paid if the item is not returned in its original condition. If this is the case Annindriya will always contact the customer.

If Annindriya will receive packages that are returned unstamped, the postage will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

If Annindriya has delivered an article not in accordance with the order, the customer has the right to return the article. In this case, the shipping costs are for the account of Annindriya. For this purpose there is a special reply number, only valid in The Netherlands (free of charge for the customer), which can be requested at [email protected]. Annindriya will refund the full purchase amount if the products are in unused and undamaged condition, in the original packaging and with the packing slip.


Acceptable Item Conditions

To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, the item must be unused, unopened and in its original and undamaged packaging (including unopened sleeve and fixated sleeve sticker).
All sales of samples are final and we are unable to accept samples returns.

Refund and Shipping Charges
To return your product, please contact us at [email protected] for instructions where to send it.
Please provide the order number in your mail.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service and/or insured shipping.  

For refunds, we offer the following options:

Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the same 14-day period.

Money Refund: We will return the cost of the item to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Gift Card: We can issue a gift card with the refund amount for you to use on future purchases.

Items Not Eligible for Refund/Return/Exchange
While we strive to accommodate such requests, please note that not all items on our website are eligible for exchange, refund, or return. The following categories of products are generally not eligible for the same:

Hygiene-Sensitive Products: Items that come into direct contact with the body, such as skincare and bodycare.

Custom/Personalized – Products: Items that have been specifically customized or personalized for the customer.
